UNIVERSAL BROTHERHOOD DAY

ARISE, AWAKE AND STOP NOT TILL THE GOAL IS REACHED

Universal brotherhood day was celebrated on 11th september 2024(wednesday) at 1:00pm in the school premises. All the arrangement for conducting the programme done by Salaria House. Mrs. Sangeeta Murshid teaching faculty of our school gave the welcome address by highlighting the importance of the day.
 DebrotoDas (Pradhan) ,Tushar Bepari (PTA Secretary),Saw Timothy(Vice Chairperson SMC), Manojeet Pradhan (Pradhan of Billiground) were the guests to witness the celebration one of the guest Mr. DebrotoDas (Pradhan) Swadeshnagar. He stressed the following points.
*Greatest day for the entire Universe.
* About the struggle of  Swami Vivekananda to take part in the world Parliament of Religions.
*Swamiji Spread the Scientific Knowledge of India.
Soon after, Inter House Quiz Competition also have conducted to spread the importance of the Day among the Pupils and guests. The Significance of the day was delivered by Mrs.Lipeeka Das, Teaching faculty of our Vidyalaya.
The programme ended with the distribution of prizes of various competition which was held on the importance of Brotherhood Day by the guests. Total participant in the celebration were 270 students and 20 staffs.

 GANESH CHATURTHI CELEBRATION

ॐ वक्रतुण्ड़ महाकाय सूर्य कोटि समप्रभ। निर्विघ्नं कुरू मे देव, सर्व कार्येषु सर्वदा।। - ॐ एकदन्ताय विहे वक्रतुण्डाय धीमहि तन्नो दन्तिः प्रचोदयात्।
Ganesh Chaturthi, also known as Vinayaka Chaturthi, is one of the most beloved festivals celebrated across India with great joy and devotion. This auspicious occasion marks the birth of Lord Ganesha, the deity of wisdom, prosperity, and remover of obstacles. Every year, people welcome intricately crafted idols of Lord Ganesha into their homes and communities, offering prayers, sweets like modak, and performing aartis. The atmosphere is filled with the sounds of devotional music, chants, and the aroma of flowers and incense. Ganesh Chaturthi not only brings people together but also inspires a sense of unity and gratitude, reminding us of the importance of knowledge, humility, and devotion in our lives. The festival concludes with the symbolic immersion of the idols in water, signifying the cycle of creation and dissolution. Ganesh Chaturthi is a celebration of faith, cultural richness, and the eternal hope for new beginnings.


In our school premises we celebrated with devotion .  For the ocassion started with Lighting the Lamp ,class xth Priya Mondal performed the anchoring, followed by a welcome speech from Mrs.Chapla mahji ,a teacher, which included the students, performance of singing a bhajan on the auspicious ocassion of Ganesh Chaturthi. After that,a speech by Mr.Vaikunt ,a teacher followed and the students' speech and another one by Bhajan .More competitions were held for the students, including idle making, coloring competition and poster making competition one day prior to Ganesh Chaturthi.The event concluded with Thank You speech by Miss. Anu Priya, a teacher.   Prashad was distributed among the staffs and students .Total number of Students attended the ocassion was 204 and staffs was 20 and above.

TEACHER'S DAY  CELEBRATION

Teachers' Day is a heartfelt celebration of the invaluable role that educators play in shaping our lives. On this special day, we honor the unwavering dedication, wisdom, and kindness of our teachers, who guide us with patience and inspire us to reach for our dreams. Schools and communities come alive with joy and gratitude, as students express their appreciation through heartfelt messages, performances, and tokens of love.

The Teacher’s Day celebration at Vivekananda Kendra Zilla Parishad Vidyalaya ,Basantipur, organized by the students of Class X, took place on 5th September 2024 with great enthusiasm. The program commenced with the greatness of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, highlighting his contributions to education and the importance of this day.


In the morning session, students took on the roles of teachers, gaining firsthand experience and understanding the value of the teaching profession. This activity fostered a deeper respect for teachers and their responsibilities.


The afternoon session was filled with vibrant cultural performances presented by the students, adding to the festive atmosphere. Students and teachers then shared a delightful lunch together, further strengthening the bond between them.At the end of the celebration cake cutting was organized by the class Xth Students.

The event concluded with much appreciation from all attendees. Both the performances and the collaborative spirit were praised, making the day a memorable one for everyone involved.Total number of participant are 278 students along with 18 and more staffs.

Teachers' Day is not just a tribute to those who impart knowledge, but a celebration of the mentors who ignite curiosity, build confidence, and nurture the future. It's a day to say "Thank you" to those who illuminate our path with the light of education.

KRISHNA JANMASHTAMI

JANMASHTAMI CELEBRATION


धर्म केवल कर्म से होता है कर्म के बिना धर्म की कोई परिभाषा ही नहीं है।

The celebration expanse of Janmashtami on 26th of August was Colourful with flowers and sweets. The celebration began with the most auspicious pooja to the sacred Gokul . Later on ,the teachers lit the ceremonial lamp to give a positive start for the celebration. Then with a beautiful song for the Kanha by the students. Coming to the next part of the celebration an speech was given by the Bimala,a teacher ,on  the birth of Krishna ,after that a  pretty fancy dress or Get up competition between the students of Balvatika KG1 and KG2 boys were in the getup as Krishna and girls as Radha, That was so blessed to see those beautiful Krishna's and Radha's. 

Soon after a adorable dance was presented by Balvatika Class 1 and 2.Continuing with that Matka competition was held on friday  23 august 2024. Gift were distributed for every winner and consolations prize to the students.

  The was started by 8:30 am and ended with 11:30 am There were 200 and more participate and audience Concluding with prashad distribution among  every one .

INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION

15TH AUGUST

On this special day lets take a moment to appreciate the freedom we enjoy and vow to protect it.
Lets also commit to taking care of our health so we can continue to thrive as a nation.

The day started with the rally "One nation, one heart, one dream, Continuing with the occasion started with flag hosting by our CHIEF GUEST Shri. Shankar Mondal ( Zilla parishad Hari Nagar constituency). Soon after welcome speech was given by Chapala ,a teacher.  A Patriotic song by students of class 7th and 8th.Soon after that  a mesmerizing speech by Sushma ,a teacher on Independence Day, another song that’s (rastra bakthi jai chatna). An advice by Shankar ji that was motivating for the students. Concluding with that a vote of thanks by Vaikund ,a teacher .285 students participated along with 20 staffs.

RAKSHA BANDHAN 2024- KNOT OF PROTECTION

RAKSHA BANDHAN CELEBRATION

May the thread of love that ties us together grow stronger with each passing day



Raksha Bandhan was celebrated on 19 August 2024 at 08:30 am at VKZPV Basantipur. The program firstly started with the Welcome Speech by Lipeeka , a teacher .
    Saraswathy ,a teacher, spoke on the importance of the day. Raksha Bandhan means bond, Raksha Bandhan or Rakhi  is an important Hindu Festival, dedicated to brothers  and sisters. On this auspicious day, sisters tie a thread on her brother's wrist and pray for his long and prosperous life. In return, the brother gives a token of love to his loving sister and promise to protect her. she explained the story behind this celebration which was so inspiring. 205 Students participated along with 21 staff. Raksha Bandhan was then celebrated in various places along with the students and teachers.


Students in queue tied the " Raksha Sutra " to their brothers and exchanged sweets as token of love.

CELEBRATION OF SHIKSHA SAPTAH FROM JULY 22-28,2024
CONCLUSION 

The Ministry of Education, Government of India, is celebrating "Shiksha Saptah" from July 22-28, 2024, commemorating the 4th anniversary of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. This week-long celebration provides an excellent opportunity to reflect on the transformative reforms introduced by NEP 2020 and reaffirm our commitment to advancing education across our nation. Shiksha Saptah aims to foster a spirit of collaboration and innovation among learners, educators, policymakers, and stakeholders in the education sector. It provided a platform to share best practices, discuss challenges, and chart a path forward towards realising the vision outlined in the NEP 2020 at grassroot levels. This events, organised under the ambit of the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India, aim to present a common platform to resonate and live the spirit of achievements gained over the last four years of NEP 2020 implementation. Each day of the week is dedicated to a specific theme, showcasing various aspects of education and development.

 

The Celebration was done for 5 days their conclusion are:
I. DAY 1: MONDAY - July 22,2024 (Annexure- 1) 
TLM (Teaching- Learning Material) Day- Encouraging teachers to showcase TLM based on local context and use it in the Teaching Learning process.
II. DAY 2: TUESDAY - July 23, 2024 (Annexure- 2) 
FLN Day- Generating greater awareness among all stakeholders for successful implementation of NIPUN/FLN Mission.
III. DAY 3: WEDNESOAY - July 24, 2024 (Annexure- 3) 
Sports Day- Organising sports competitions to highlight the significance of sports and fitness amongst learners. 
IV. DAY 4: THURSDAY - July 25, 2024 (Annexure- 4)
Cultural Day- Special cultural day to be organised for inculcating a sense of unity and diversity among students. 
V. DAY 5: FRIDAY - July 26, 2024 
Skilling and Digital initiatives Day- Recognising the changing nature of job profiles and the need for new skills and reflecting upon the Digital initiatives for enhancing the overall classroom experiences. 
i. Skill Education for Building a Competent and Competitive Workforce (Annexure'5 a) 
ii. Technology in Education Divas (Annexure- 5 b) 
VI. DAY 6: SATURDAY - July 27,2024 (Annexure- 6)
VII. Eco Clubs for Mission LiFE/School Nutrition Day
Establishment of new Eco clubs in schools and organising Plantation drive in schools under #Plant4Mother initiative to strengthen the bond between students and their mothers and Mother Earth. 
VIII. DAY 7: SUNDAY - July 28, 2024 (Annexure- 7) 
Community involvement Day- Fostering collaboration with local communities, SMCs, NTA/PTA, Sahodayas for encouraging socio-emotional well-being of students and providing an ecosystem for skill development. Celebrating birthdays/special occasions (Tithi Bhojan) involving the community as a whole.
   
In the end of the 7 days SHIKSHA SAPTAH was very helpful for the whole community in the school and also out side the school .This made togetherness in students ,teachers and parents.
students learned the value of sports, plantation, technology, unity, experiments and etc.

GURU PURNIMA CELEBRATION 2024

गुरुर्ब्रह्मा ग्रुरुर्विष्णुः गुरुर्देवो महेश्वरः ।  गुरुः साक्षात् परं ब्रह्म तस्मै श्री गुरवे नमः ॥

GURU PURNIMA was Celebrated Successfully on  Saturday 20 2024
As per the Kendra tradition the program started with the rituals of chantion three Omkaras and Shanti Paath. It was then followed by few melodious songs from padavali like Mohe Laagi Lagan Guru and Guru hamare Man Mandir mein. The program was given more enlightment by Mr Kaushik Sir explaining about the significance of Guru Purnima and Guru Shishya Parampara.

Sir also spoke on the importance of the day by highlighting the biography of Sage Vyasa and about his commitment towards protection, archiving and transmitting the knowledge of vedas to the future generation.



Continuing with this Mrs. Ajitha Mam Explained about An Unsung Hero Khudiram Bose which was so inspiring for the students. Then in conclusion Mr. Sanjay Sir said some words on Guru Purnima and he called  Varsha Didi to tell some word ,She interacted with students and motivated them to be a good responsible person to the Nation. Number of participants in this celebration are 261 students and 21 staffs. Ended up with shanti path.
