GURU PURNIMA

गुरुर्ब्रह्मा ग्रुरुर्विष्णुः गुरुर्देवो महेश्वरः ।  गुरुः साक्षात् परं ब्रह्म तस्मै श्री गुरवे नमः ॥

On the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima, VKZPV Basantipur joyfully celebrated this day dedicated to honouring our teachers. The event was held on 10th July in the school premises with great enthusiasm and reverence.

The program was hosted by Km. Ankita Ghosh(Teacher) began with  Shaanti paat and  a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony, symbolizing the dispelling of darkness through knowledge. Students presented soulful prayers, Sanskrit shlokas, and a beautiful skit showcasing the importance of the Guru in Indian culture. A group of students performed classical music  dedicated to their teachers, creating a spiritual and uplifting atmosphere.

   

Shri Sanjay Singh(Teacher) addressed the gathering and spoke about the timeless bond between a teacher and student. He emphasized how the values and wisdom imparted by teachers play a crucial role in shaping young minds and society at large.

Km Prabhabati (Teacher) heartfelt speeches making the celebration truly memorable. The event concluded with shaanti mantra.

Guru Purnima was not just a celebration—it was a reminder of the vital role that educators play in our lives and the deep respect they deserve.
