श्रीकृष्ण जन्मआष्ट्मी - 2022

“नन्द के घर आनंद भयो, हाथी घोड़ा पालकी, जय कन्हैया लाल की!
On 19th of August 2022 our vidyalaya celebrated Sri Krishna Janmashtami with great devotion. A very beautiful fancy dress competition was conducted among students of Kindergarten. Kids dressed up like Radha & Krishna.
This janmashtami puja was conducted by Kishore sir, teaching staff by following the complete rituals like chanting mantras and swinging Bal Krishna. All the teachers participated in this and students observed the rituals performed.
Saraswati madam, a teaching staff spoke on importance of the day. Krishna Janmashtami is celebrated to mark the birth of Lord Krishna. He is believed to be the eighth incarnation of Lord Vishnu and is revered across India.

76th INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION

It was a red letter day in the history of India when the country got her freedom on August 15, 1947. It took hundreds of years for us to breath shackless of slavery. 



 On 15th August, 2022 Our Vidyalaya celebrated the 75th Independence Day. this was made most effective as it being 75 years of Independence, "AZADI KA AMRIT MAHOTSAV". The program began at 08:45am by welcoming our Honourable Chief Guest Shri Shankar Mondal Zilla Parishad Member, Harinagar Consultancy. 


The flag was hoisted at 9:00 am with our prestigious National Anthem. The program began with a motivational and patriotic speech of the Head Master, Shri P Appanna. Followed by him, the Chief Guest also spoke on patriotism and motivation to be created among the upcoming generation. 

There were two melodious patriotic song presented by the students - DES MERE & TERI MITTI that showed the sacrifice of freedom fighters for our nation.
A very nationalistic speech was presented by Shri Baleswar Ram, focusing on the martyrs, and the achievements for 75 years.

TIRANGA RALLY - 75th AZADI KA AMRIT MAHOTSAV

तीन रंगों में रंगा हुआ सारे जग से न्यारा है, सुनो तिरंगा हमें हमारे प्राणों से भी प्यारा है।

Amrit Mahotsav meaning Nectar of grand celebration which signifies the 75 years of India's independence from British Raj. The overall celebrations began on 12 March 2021 and will continue up to 15 August 2022.The Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav means elixir of energy of independence; elixir of inspirations of the warriors of freedom struggle; elixir of new ideas and pledges; and elixir of Aatmanirbharta.


 On this occassion, Vivekananda Kendra Zilla Parishad vidyalaya has conducted a Tiranga Rally on 12th August 2022. All the students along with teachers participated in this auspicious rally.


Students and teachers showed their patriotism by holding Tirangas in their hand and paying respect to them and also promoted the campaign of Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan.

RAKSHA BANDHAN 2022- KNOT OF PROTECTION

Raksha Bandhan was celebrated on 11 August 2022 at 10:30 am at VKZPV Basantipur. The program firstly started with the Rakhi- Rangoli Making Competition house wise. Students inculcated themselves whole heartedly and prepared beautiful Rakhies using rangoli.
    Smti Sushma Das spoke on the importance of the day.     Raksha Bandhan means bond, Raksha Bandhan or Rakhi  is an important Hindu Festival, dedicated to brothers     and sisters. On this auspicious day, sisters tie a thread on     her brother's wrist and pray for his long and prosperous     life. In return, the brother gives a token of love to his     loving sister and promise to protect her.
Students in queue tied the " Raksha Dhaga " to their brothers and exchanged sweets as token of love.
